How it works

Identity Verification
Confirm your identity using GOV.UK Verify or in-person at your local council.

Training Completion
Complete the mandatory training modules for your profession.

Compliance Upload
Upload insurance, DBS, qualifications and trade certifications.

Officer Review
A regional compliance officer reviews your application.

Approval
Decision issued — most applicants receive a decision within 10 working days.

Active Licence
Digital licence card issued. Renew before expiry to stay active.
